Individual Therapy

In our sessions we will explore how you view yourself, your relationships, and your place in the world.

I'm here to help you challenge any negative thoughts (stinkin’ thinkin’) that may be leading to dysfunctional patterns in your life.

Together, we'll develop skills and coping strategies to help you grow and move forward in a meaningful way.

 

Action-Oriented Methods

Through our session you will learn active mindfulness techniques to help you stay anchored in the present moment, enhancing your awareness and focus.

We'll explore emotion regulation, helping you process both small and big emotions effectively decreasing the times you go out of your window of tolerance.

Additionally, we'll focus on interpersonal conflicts, understanding and managing your own behaviors, and how you show up in your relationships.

Together, we'll work towards creating a more balanced and fulfilled life.

Collaborative Approach

Our therapy approach is active, value-focused, and collaborative. We will concentrate on what really matters to you while finding obstacles/road blocks that may be getting in your way.

You will explore how to live and accept big emotions in your life which decreases the resistance we put up in avoiding them. By doing this we can focus on values, goals, regulation, relationships, etc versus attempting to change the emotions you are feeling.
