Can I call you in an emergency?

After-hours services are not available. If you are in a crisis, please visit your nearest ER or call the free, confidential 24/7 mental health hotline at 9-8-8.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is $75 fee for all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If rescheduling for the same week is available this fee can be waived.

Does therapy work? 

Define work…One person’s definition of this may look alot different from your own. Therapy is an opportunity for you to specifically define words like ‘work’ that are used without the clarity of knowing what that really means to you, specifically.….Yes, therapy can work but the understanding of what is not working may be needed to know what ‘therapy working’ looks like….
